Most battery and seal refreshes are completed the same day. If you come in the morning, your watch is usually ready by the afternoon. We'll let you know at drop-off if there is anything unusual that might take longer.

We work on most quartz and automatic watches — dress watches, daily wearers, and older automatics. We'll tell you honestly if a particular movement is outside what we handle well, rather than taking it on and not doing it justice.

Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fresh lubrication, and careful regulation. The work concludes with a timing report so you can see the before-and-after performance. Seal condition is also checked as part of the process.

It can. Brushed and satin surfaces require different techniques than polished ones, and over-polishing erases sharp case lines. We discuss this with you before starting, and sometimes the right advice is to leave the finish as it is.

Of course. Battery services are same-day, so that works well even for shorter visits. For overhauls, we can communicate by email while you travel and arrange collection or shipping when the watch is ready.
